Afternoon everyone, letter in today from Wescot they say 'With reference to the above account and your recent letter dated 23 March, we can confirm that we have not been in receipt of your CCA request.

Therefore, if you still wish to make this request, you shall need to do this in riting with an enclosed cheque or postal order payable for £1.00'

As this account has been assigned to Wescot do I start all over again with a CCA request or what else do I send them??

The second letter is from Wescot about Bank of Scotland Preference Account. Sent out Account Sold letter to them and today they have sent out ANOTHER copy of my 'agreement' and telling me that payment is now requied. Anything to send or just ignore. Cheers and enjoy the rest of the weekend

Got a couple of letters in this morning. First is from Rockwell about my Capital One CC, was with MacKenzie Hall and have not heard anything from them since November. Will send out Account Sold letter and wait for response.

Letter in this morning from SRJ Debt Recoveries about Mr SNS Monument ACC. This one has been very quite but today letter in saying PENDING LITIGATION PROCEEDINGS

'We have been instructed by Jefferson Capital Int (never heard of them before either) to act on this debt....................and it is now our intention yo recommend that our client issues litigation proceedings to recover overdue sums.'

Do I send out Account Sold letter or Threat of Litigation? As this is the first letter I have had from them?????

Anyway got a letter today from C.A.R.S about Mr SNS Monument account, have not heard anything about this one since November last year. The letter has been sent to the wrong address!!! But has at the top of the letter in big red letter Confirmed Resident.

'Having conducted preliminary searches our tracing division have confirmed your residency at the above address' - bloomin useless tracing division, luckily the person did not open it when they got it and passed it onto us!!!

'There fore we are left with the only possible conclusion in that you are choosing to ignore our clients repeated requests for payment' - not heard from Monument since November last year.

'They have now authorised us to pro9ceed in whichever way we deem appropriate, within the boundaries of the law, to recover their monies' - then goes on with the usual drivel, doorstep collection, litigation specialists etc etc

Just send out Niddy special account sold and doorstep letter? Never heard of CARS before, but sopmeone in the office obvioulsy has found that you can type in red text and CAPITAL LETTERS
