Morning Niddy, hope all is well with you Have ignored the last couple of letters received from Moorcroft about this account as pre your instructions . Letter in this morning explaining that as we have not been in contact they have decided that to stop recommending legal proceedings they will accept a monthly payment of £120

Then the usual 'failure to respond may leave us no option etc etc' Do I send out Threat of Litigation letter??

Hi Niddy, been very, very quiet Letter from Westcot about my Capital One account. Wescot have passed it back to Crappy One , hopefully it will go quiet on that one again.

Well it was quiet with this one but this morning got a letter from Mckenzie Hall asking why I haven't been paying Will send out 'Account Sold' letter and see what happens next.

Another letter arrived in today and surprise surprise it has HOME AGENT CALL as its heading, will send out communicate in writing letter. Also says at the end of the letter 'Should you be in dispute with this account, please contact us'. So I take it they never read the 'Account Sold' letter that I have already sent them???

Morning everyone , so much for the sunshine, it is raining now

Letter in this morning from CSL they have been passed Lloyds Account Number 1

Did like the letter 'We DEMAND that the sum stated be sent direct to this office IMMEDIATELY using the payment slip below.

Your failure to comply could result in a DEBT COLLECTOR calling upon you for payment or LEGAL ACTION being commenced against you'

Someon has been busy with the CAPS LOCK and BOLD TEXT!!!!!!!

Will send out Account Sold letter and incorporate doorstep visit, hope that is ok.

Got 2 replies to my Account Sold letter to CSL. The first one tells me they have pleasure in enclosing proff of account ownership and have sent a copy of application form and go on to say theya they require payment and settlement proposal within 7 days to resolve this matter.

The second letter is exactly the same but this time they have pleasure in enclosing a Statement of Account and includes all the statements, will be shredding again
