Hello, it has been very, very quiet at the moment, not complaining though.

McKenzie Hall have been back in touch, did send a letter to me a couple of weeks ago telling me to phone them which I duly ignored and filed, letter in today telling me that I have until 12 Noon on 15 September to pay or they will be taking the matter further, court etc mentioned as per usual.

Send out 'Threat of Litigation' letter? Cheers and hope everyone is well

Hi all sent out Threat of Litigation to Mackenzie Hall and yesterday received a letter from them 'Information as Requested'. They have sent out a copy of statements and nothing else.

Letter says that 'Payment must be received in our offices within 7 days'

What is the best reply to this or ignore?? Cheers

Morning , sent out 'Enough is Enough' letter to Wescot about this one back in May. Letter in this morning from Nelson Guest & Partners Solicitors saying:-

'We are instructed by Wescot acting on behalf of RBS regarding the above outstanding balance. As a final attempt to avoid further action, Wescot is prepared to offer you a discount to settle your account.'

Offer is available for a ltd time and to call by 8/8/11 or offer will be withdrawn and further action will continue to recover the full outstanding balance.

Ignore??? Never heard of these guys before. Cheers

Hi Niddy and all , it has been very, very, very quiet and I ain't complaining Hope all are well.

Got 2 letters in today one about Mint who have now passed this onto Apex so will send out Account Sold.

The other letter is about Lloyds Account No 4 from Westcot, they had been telephoning and I sent out letter. Got this one back that says they have removed phone number but also goes on about 'Having contacted our client they have advised that the CCA request was made when the account was with Allied International and a copy of the agreement was issued to you. They have no record of any further dispute.'

Account is on hold for 14 days and they are looking forward to hearing from me, Ignore??

No worries will easily ignore Good holiday Niddy? We managed to get over the border for a week, kids loved it, eldest believed us when we told her the border closes at 4pm hee hee

Very, very quiet at the mo, ain't complaining Have been getting a couple of phone calls a day from Wescot (numbers blocked so not a hassle). Anyway got letter from them today, it is about LLoyds Online Loan - Account No 5, had been with Rob Way but they passed it back to Lloyds and have heard nothing since June.

Will just send out Account Sold letter, trust that is ok. Hope everyone fine and that Niddy has a fab holiday

Sent out Harrassement letter as per In2Deep, heard nothing until today, letter in from Moorcroft offering another SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNT, more or less the same letter but threatening court etc if I do not contact them.
