    Thanks, is it worth sending out CCA Query letter to Wescot? They sent out a computer generated copy with wrong address on it, just a thought!?

    Yes my lloyds acc has just gone to iQor as well they will receive acc sold as well, maybe they will arrive together.

    Another letter from Wescot, kindly sent out another copy of application form, could paper the whole house with them!!

    Letter is a standard 'Payment is now due etc etc' Ignore again??

    The second letter is from Wescot about Bank of Scotland Preference Account. Sent out Account Sold letter to them and today they have sent out ANOTHER copy of my 'agreement' and telling me that payment is now requied. Anything to send or just ignore. Cheers and enjoy the rest of the weekend
    Hi everyone, letter in from Wescot after ignoring the last one.

    'Please do not ignore this letter. To do so will result in additional action to recover the debt, including taking Legal action against you through the Courts or referrig your debt to a Door Step Collector for a home visit'

    Will I send out Threat of Legal Action?? Cheers
