    Re: The Scarednshakins UE Diary

Morning Niddy, thanks for the reply

Em, guess who we got a letter from today?? GPB Solicitors who have been contacted by IQOR in relation to monies owed. 'If full payment, or proposals for payment are not received by IQOR within 10 days, it is likely that we will be instructed to commence legal proceedings etc etc'

It does say on the letter that GPB are not instructed to enter into correspondence with us but we have to contact IQOR dierctly.

Know you are really busy so will I just send out Threat of Legal Proceedings?

    Cheers Niddy

Computer is 'better', just one little glitch so it will all be sorted.

Got a reply from IQOR, erally, really fed up with this lot, like a dog with a flippin bone Letter says , thank you for your letter, the copy agreement was sent to yourself on 11 Feb 2011and that is it.

Sent out no CCA received to them and also added in about taking phone number off their records (thats the second time I have asked them to take phone number off). Number is blocked but they did get through to Mr SNS the other day when no number came up at all when the phone rang.

Do I just ignore this letter? Would love to hit them with a Niddy special as 6 other DCA's have given up on this account but they are a right pain in the bum.

Have a good day, take care and chat soon
To be honest, i'd just ignore them and see what happens, thing is will calls they will hassle you and it's just one of those things you learn to live with...... right now i'm way too snowed under with legal issues etc to get into writing specific letters, but if this continues I will - for the moment, do nothing - sod em!

I can prevent this by paying the amount in full and if I am unable to do this can I please fill in a questionnaire to assess my financial situation - nope!!

Not sure what to send out to this letter, went through process with Moorcroft so do I send Account Sold letter to Lloyds.

    Thank you kindly Niddy
Lloyds own the debt, you cannot send account sold to the original creditor

Send this to Lloyds: ---> Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To commence litigation

Sent out Account Sold while in Dispute letter, hope that is ok Niddy.
Only one letter sine we have been without computer. It was from Westcot about the BOS Preference Account. They have contacted their client and were advised that Final Response was sent out to us. They believe the dispute has been resolved and the full balance is now payable.

'If in the event you believe you still have a valid dispute, please contact us with the details within the next 14 days otherwise your account will be returned to our recovery team for collection'

Do I just ignore this one? Cheers Niddy and hope you are well and not working too hard, although looking at how much the site keeps growing I bet you are busier than ever, take care
