I'd say santa died and get her a DSi - much quieter and also teaches kids about death

Have had letter from Lloyds saying that they can't locate my CCA. It was passed to Robinson Way but has now been passed back to Lloyds.
:hello :hello Hi everyone, been sooooo quiet here, nothing in the mail for 2 weeks :yeah :yeah

Letter came in today from Lloyds about the above account, they are disappointed that the agents have not managed to come to a repayment arrangement with me and want full payment within 10 days (ay, will pay it out of my off-shore account )

If I don't pay they have suggested taking legal action, but if I am unable to pay please will I fill in the attached questionnaire - don't think so.

Do I write to them pointing out that a lack of CCA may be a slight problem in taking legal action or do I just ignore it?

Now I get to use the me smilies, cause Lloyds are such :beaker :bert :zoot :fozzie :kermit epe iggy dy cooter :teeth :bunsen

Hope you and family are all well Niddy and it's not too cold, it is a bit white up here just now and rather chilly.

Thanks as always and speak to you soon [/quote:1w78tyfs]

Ok doke after sending out Niddy's response have now got a letter from Moorcroft about our Mint CC, so looks like Try-it-on have passed it to them. Letter says 'It is a legal requierment to send a notice of intended litigation before legal proceedings in the County Court are issued. We believe that this letter fulfils this rwequirement if it is not actually read by you'

If we do not contact them by 14th they 'may' issue a claim without further notice.

Do I send out 'Threat of Legal Action' letter? Thanks
Hiya, yes send this: ---> viewtopic.php?p=2318#p2318[/quote:yia9y85z]

Morning everyone :hello hope it is not too cold where you are. It is freezing up here and very white, fed up with the snow now cause can't get to the shops to finish shopping.

Got a letter today from Moorcroft Pre-Court Division - scary they put that bit in red.

The letter is 'to prevent the possible action blah blah, send payment before 24/12' don't think so.

Then huge bit in caps and red type 'notice of possible litigation' Then usual if we do not contact them they may blah blah, also gives a breakdown of balance, court fees, solicitors fees etc :beaker :bert :zoot

Do I send out same letter again? Thanks Niddy hope you and yours are all well and ready from Christmas ;xm45

Response from Rob Way today, they would like us to set out simple and reasonable details of your dispute or query. They have put account on hold for 14 days so that we can do this

Do we send out anything or just leave?!?!?!

Cheers Niddy[/quote:1eukhep5] I'd be sending the original letter again, so whatever was originally sent (i.e. CCA Dispute template)...

Opening the next couple of letters, looks like Apex have given up and this has now been passed to Robinsons Way. Two letters from them today, one is a Security Message saying that recent actions on your account are giving cause for concernand I should call them - that will be a big NOOOO!!!

Second letter from them is a Formal Demand for Payment, we have 10 days to pay this account if not court action etc etc. Will send out Account Sold in Dispute letter, hope that is okay.

    Cheers Niddy
Send this: ---> viewtopic.php?p=20203#p20203
