    Hiya

Send a copy of the letter from BC that confirms they do not have the CCA (cannot enforce) with this: CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA

Thanks Niddy. We had a great wedding and weather was very kind to us. We are going up again this weekend for a week. Its such a long way now they have moved to RAF base at Lossiemouth.

We have also been given a new property by the local authority so we have accepted and will be moving over the next few weeks. Is there anything I shouldn't do to draw any attention to ourselves. We intend staying with our utility suppliers and will arrange for post to be redirected for 12 months. Will only give change of address to insurance, TV licence, bank etc......I don't want to start the barrage of letters again.

          Thanks Niddy

            Hiya

I'd just leave the divert on and see what happens, if you're with British Gas you might want to change as they do actively record with the CRA's... Plus they are rather shyte, but that's neither here nor there really

Thanks Niddy. We have actually changed to npower, only because the property is already supplying to that address, so we will probably stay with them now instead of British Gas. We don't currently have Sky but would like to in the future, how would we stand with credit checks etc if we decide to have it.?

Just back from bonnie Scotland, weather was rubbish but it was nice seeing all the family again. Now mad packing and decorating, we are aiming to move on the 11th August.!! Yikes.!!!!!

Sky don't credit check - you'll be fine.

                  Hi Niddy.

Thanks for that, we may at some time sign up to sky.

We have now moved and at last I have internet connection.!!!! We had to wait 7 days to be connected.!!!

Nothing happening on the UE front......we have redirected our mail for the next year, so we will continue as before......Long may the peace and quiet last.

Hope you and family are well.

                    Morning Niddy.

Have received a letter today from Cabot, saying that they have now taken over our Marbles account....which is UE and we have a letter from Marbles saying that they cannot supply our CCA. So will send off CCA Query - Letter previously confirming No CCA, and enclose a copy of Marbles letter.

When I moved I 'forgot' to give my change of address to creditors. You know how it is when you're busy. So creditors still write to my old address, Royal Mail re-direct it to new address, and I reply from my old address to keep them at arms length. Anyway I didn't have a doorstep there for them to collect. If they tried that the new occupant knows not to give my current whereabouts to anyone (they think I've got some exotic personal reason like a mad bad ex-husband, and that's not totally untrue). Royal Mail re-direct has a maximum of 2 years so that should be enough to keep me in the loop. After that who cares? I'm on the electoral roll at my new address in my maiden name. There are some perks to getting divorced. So far nothing has been linked on CRAs but some banks do log change of address link so beware!

Plus dvla use cra's now as well so with experian autotrace systems, they'll find you easier now unless you stay off the radar.

Luckily autotrace ain't cheap which puts a lot of dca's off

I have not gotten around to giving my new address to our 6 UE creditors.....how very remiss of me.!!! We also have had our mail redirected for the next 12 months and I will extend it for another year after that expires. There isn't a new tenant in the old place yet, and we didn't leave our new address. I'm just hoping for some peace and quiet.

Just a quick update..........there is nothing to update.!!! Mail is being redirected but we've had nothing from our creditors at all. We have 6 creditors and Niddy has said that they are all UE.......and its gone very quiet. We are over the 18 month period now so we are hoping it stays that way.
