          A lovely letter from them headed "Notice of Intended Court Action"

          Sum claimed £11200 Due By 23/07/2013 ( Received it today !!!)

          Formal notice is hereby given that our client has instructed us to commence court proceedings against you without delay.

          Papers are now being prepared for commencement of action through your local court to seek a judgement against you

                I'm not overly concerned about this letter as I have had prettymuch the same letters before from Blair Oliver and Scott and they have never come to anything.

                I ingored them then and I will ignore this one now....See what comes next

                I think this is just another tactic to make me contact them - Appreciate the help

                            It was an example reply to a letter before action (LBA)....

                                As they've issued an LBA I suggest you get it looked at properly and consider a formal reply from a solicitor. Up to you. No harm in my referring you to Paul for a chat as how best to proceed...?
