Hi STM,
Shop direct have used the same response to us,a standard response letter from them......
We ignored and waited for more of the same....

nice one and to think they were trying to firstly threaten me and then say they are sympathetic , i think there is a mispelling and they meant to say ' we are pathetic'

I must have been so stressed with my situation that i forgot to post about a letter i received 30/07/2012
from gpb solicitors saying they want full payment or proposals if not received legal proceedings are likely .

You have sent the request to Morecroft for the OD.

I cannot see a response from Morecroft.

I would send the solicitors a copy of that letter stating that they have not replied.

no this is the account with with iqor , i told you it would get confusing with all our overdrafts The account of my husbands is with moorcroft and they refused the £1 which i then sent back and still waiting for a reply .

sent off an overdraft cca request 9th JULY 2012 , not received anything back just solicitors letters .
30/07/2012 date of letter , Received 1/8/2012 a letter today from iquor telling me Lloydtsb have passed my debt onto them with instructions to recover the outstanding balance in full . If i do not take action to resolve theis immediately , we may commence legal action , threats of judgment and they may instruct a doorstep collector to visit my home to discuss my financial circumstances and agree terms of repayment. phone number to ring them.

This account is mine with iqor, my husbands is with moorcroft who returned the postal oder after requesting £1 , which i then sent back and still wiating for a reply.

This account recieved a reply to my request for the overdraft cca on the 1st August 2012 from their solicitors , i then received another letter from gpb solicitors yesterday 22/8/2012 threatening legal action .

I think i am doing my diaries wrong because when i quote to update it loses some of the previous diary, but this account is not my husbands this one is mine

Just printed this letter out, do i send this to Iqor or their solicitors who sent the threatogram ?

Well you could send a copy of the solicitors letter to Iqor and you can copy your letter to Iqor to the solicitors.

You only need to send to Iqor but as a belt and bracers job........
