        There's really no rush Spent2much...but I understand your wanting to know if it's UE or not.

        Niddy'll get back to you when he's looked at it. Did you put your user name in the subject line?

            You have to put your username in the subject line or he won't know who you are!

                Missing PT's template to be sent for both yours & hubby's
                I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

                If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

                  Just to add , Halifax said they won't be corrosponding with me now and basically consider the matter closed .

We will then require your proposals for repayment , by installments that you are able to maintain that we will seek to agree with you. If at that point you are not willing to make payment or an arrangement we will consider enforecement.



                          do i need to send anything to these now its unenforceable or do i just wait to see what they do next ?
