The title says what I mean, I think... I requested a cca from one DCA but have since had a letter from another DCA for the same alleged debt and no response as yet from the first one... Am I making sense? Do I send a new request to however has the alleged debt now? The same happened with another one and I got the postal order returned.

Re: when DCAs change during the cca request process
If they've returned the PO just swap it at post office for one for new dca.
If not then send this back to the NEW dca that's writing --> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Account Sold whilst in Dispute
Where in the template it refers to [Enter original creditor] you'd put the previous dca name. No need to resend the £1 either.I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. Re: when DCAs change during the cca request process
Well, I can't say it was sold while in dispute as I had only sent the cca request a few days ago to the last DCA who had the alleged debt and who hadn't been in touch for a few months. The new DCA has appeared from nowhere with no previous contact from them or no inbetween contact from the original creditor. Doorstep threat included....
