  • Copy of CCA from DCA

After sending the ''in dispute'' letter from here, some months ago, I've received a letter and copy of an application form purporting to be a CCA from Lowells regarding a Barclaycard account.
My signature and some personal details are on the application, but not much else. Is it now a good time to use CPUTR and ask them if they hold the original CCA, or is there a better path I should follow.

As a bonus, I've just received a letter for another account from Aktiv Kapital with big headlines stating: ''Tell Us What You Want to Pay'' ''Make us an offer''.....all reasonable offers will be considered.
Sounds pretty desperate to me, they can't be too confident in the paperwork they hold, can they?

When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.
