    Purchased a sofa from DFS on 31.03.01 on 36 months no deposit interest free credit, have the copy of the original invoice which gave the purchase price.
    I also have a copy of the credit agreement which gives the purchase price plus a lump sum PPI which has then been divided by the 36 months....

    That is my next step but I really don't want to waste the paper/ink and postage if they cannot get the bank to step up to the mark.

    I have received a response from Blackhorse today regarding my PPI complaint.

    I originally sent them a SAR to which I had this reply:

    "unfortunately I have not been able to locate an agreement for you, please provide an agreement number or date of birth etc"....
