Merchants Rentals Plc
Has anyone got advice to give regarding what I consider unfair contractual terms of Merchant Rentals. We hire a card machine from them and they are asking us to pay £200 when the contract is terminated. We have fulfilled our term and given correct notice. Bailiffs coming tomorrow
A bailiff came to my house on friday (18th) while I was out and posted a letter saying he will be back tomorrow (monday) at 6am with a locksmith. I have paid the court fine in full today and don't now what else to do. Please can anybody help me? -
