Right, there are a few here in receipt of DLA that will be affected for the worst when the new Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is introduced in replacement of DLA.

It goes to the Lords for the vote on whether to replace DLA with PIP this Tuesday. The lords has already dealt a big blow...
