I started a temp job last Friday after spending the rest of the tax year on JSA. I didn't have my P45 yet, so I had to fill in the agency's online equivalent of a P46 declaration on their online timesheet system.
The trouble is that yesterday I tried to log in to do this week's timesheet...

What are the chances of getting my money back on this?
Morning,
Looks like i've been stitched up by an online car parts retailer.
I had several emails back and forth before placing the order - all very helpful stuff.
I placed the order and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. In the afternoon i emailed the place...

RBS
Good evening/morning
I recently sent a SAR to RBS regarding my cc account with a view to checking and reclaiming charges which over a number of years I think will add up to a valuable sum assuming I can get it back. All credit to RBS they were reasonably quick with their response sending...

Default notices and the up coming Royal Mail Strikes
It may well be an apt time to point out that most bank computers run a program for producing the Default notices, such as Red Titan to name but one. When there are strikes, and I include in this past strikes too, It is highly likely the banks machines will not factor this into time frames to remedy...

Import "Gift" tax
I have just recently been informed that a family friend (living in the USA) have sent over a brand-new lap top (not cheap), this is a late birthday pressie for my disabled/son with special needs.
I was sent the American "USPS" tracking number and it was in clearance since last...

Possible candidate for UE?
Hello I’m looking for some advice.
I used (x5) low limit credit cards and a student overdraft pretty unwisely to fund myself through the final few months of my degree and to relocate for my first job. Unfortunately I had to leave my job due to ill health and I wasn’t able to pay any...

Experto Credite CCA
Requested CCA from this friendly bunch and they have just sent a letter back saying they have returned matter to their client, on the date of my request letter.
Coincidence?
Can anything be drawn from this?

Royal Mail Redirection Catch-22
Not sure which forum to put this in, so I'm posting it here for now. It IS debt-related, as the infamous Marlin are likely to have taken over my unenforceable Egg card and the bank will still have my old address.
I'm not in any hurry to let them know my new address, but I do want to keep...

*@&$ing junk mail leafleters!
I'm on the warpath with junk mail leafleters. I'm very territorial about my private land at the best of times (get orf moi land!) and it adds insult to injury when these pricks ignore polite notices not to push their unwanted wares through my letterbox.
They have no respect for the wishes...

Changed address - inform or not inform?
I moved house a few months ago and my Royal Mail redirections have expired. There is a single UE credit card debt from the old address that was last paid in 2010 and for which a valid CCA has never been produced. The various Niddy letters have all been sent by special delivery. A new DCA popped up every...
