  • Default notices and the up coming Royal Mail Strikes

It may well be an apt time to point out that most bank computers run a program for producing the Default notices, such as Red Titan to name but one. When there are strikes, and I include in this past strikes too, It is highly likely the banks machines will not factor this into time frames to remedy the breaches.

Certainly worth keeping in mind and noting the date when you get the notice.

A very useful case. I used it on an appeal myself a while back, very very good.
