eBay / Paypal Funds Owed
Hi. I'm not sure if much can be done here but last year I sold some computer eqipment that the buyer claimed he never got, I had a Recorded Receipt from the post office but when I sent it to Paypal they said Post Office Receipts were not proof that I sent the item and only an Invoice from a Parcel...Last edited by IF; 18 February 2013, 13:12. -

Signature not recognised on a SAR
I have sent a SAR to Capital One only to have a reply back - after a month saying that they do not recognise the signature on the SAR, it was signed digitally.
Now I listed all previous addresses on the SAR and this address is where all of my statements come so should I just write back... -

Help.......have contacted CitiFinancial re PPI insurrance sold on two different loans in the 90's. Provided copies of original loan agreements detailing the amounts of insurance involved. I have been going through all the documents and found that my hsuband send a CCA request to eversheds 23/4/2008 along with a£1 and i found the proof of postage too.
Should this charge have even been granted while a CCA was requested and never aknowledged by eversheds ?
