I have received a letter from MKDP LLP, whoever they are stating they have bought my alleged debt value 2K from Barclaycard. Similar letter supposedly from BC in the same envelope. Do any of you good people know anything about these people. Many thanks.

Unenforceable accounts and compound interest
Just thinking about this.
If an account is UE, the original creditor has obviously added interest to this, at compound rates. If it is unenforceable, they had no agreement to charge interest, or vary interest rates. They are reporting a false default amount to the credit reference agencies. In... -

I have been paying eversheds 75 a month for debts in the region of £24000 all belonging to Barclays these debts go back years after a failed IVA so probably unforceable but have still been paying.
