We have been in a DMP since March last year. We started with £94k debt and that is currently down to about £84k. About £11k is potentially UE (I have a thread on another part of the forum about this).
So.....potential debt balance is £73k.

halifax CC- No fees...
returning gradually to a normal life now ...thanks to AAD...I'm going on my hols to France/Spain again next summer , camping and walking, and wanted a credit card which didn't charge any fees for cash withdrawals or purchases in foreign money. HALIFAX BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARDS USE & ATM PROBLEMS
O.H. having problems from 19th October 2015, ATM deposit, made ATM showed fault has occurred, returned card BUT no receipt for £130.00 deposited, staff commented between themselves not the ATM again, so O.H. had to go to the counter and the teller said I get a receipt for you and printed off a statement...Last edited by The Tech Clerk; 21 December 2015, 13:35. -

jtovey UE Diary
I have had a response to my CCA request from PRA group on the Halifax c/c debt, they have sent through statements from 2001 to 2006 and a copy agreement from 2006 or 2007, my signature appears nowhere in anything they have sent and the copy agreement is not dated. Is this enforceable? I am guessing...
