    Whether you want to lose weight or maintain a healthy eating lifestyle, this is the place for you.

    I have tried to carry over everyone's results from the last thread, please check that i have your details and that they are correct.

    If your name isn't on the list and you would like to join in, please post your weight loss/gain/STS each week when you get weighed and i will update the front post on a continuous basis.

          Thanks for the new thread. Lost 2lbs this week. Not as much as i'd hoped for but New Year and a birthday was in there. Bought myself a page a day diary today so i can write everything down. Will also help as i don't know what day it is half the time

              Finally plucked up courage to get on the scales after Christmas food...and I was pleasantly suprised as I've only gained 2lbs! Phew!!!
              Taking the + 2lbs into account, total loss since last May/June is 26 lbs.

              Off we go again then..I want to lose another 28 lbs which will make me quite skinny for my height...but gives me some leeway to put a biit back on when I try to stop smoking...

                i think i need to change my targets and get my butt back into gear

                started walking now as in training for the Moonwalk

                        actucally i don't each much cake !!

                        i think its the vino....... pah - need to cut it all out - going to try n be good and not drink now till my birthday and then cut it out again until after the walk..........

                          Hi Elsa 2lb isn't bad at all! I've updated the front page for you.

                          Well i slipped 6 weeks off plan and gained about 9lb I did stuff myself for a fortnight though I'm just struggling to get back on. Well i say off plan, i wasn't terrible, i just have to stay strict to keep the weight off.
