              Hmmmmm......

              I've just noticed that the settlement agreement is undated..... and am therefore not happy signing clauses referring to the "date of the agreement". WTF are they playing at?

              Emailing the union tonight..... As much as I want this sorted, I'm vey close to telling them to shove their retrospective leaving date right up their arse!

                No answer to my email as yet...... so I've sent another one stating.....

                If the company want me to run with a retrospective leaving date, then I will need the settlement funds released in the January payroll.

                If not, then the termination date will need changing to the end of this month and not 2014, as I'm not prepared to wait 2 months without any money......

                  They sure have enough interest going on the payout in the end it seems it won't cost them anything its going far far too

                    If they push me too far Nanna... I'll run with the alternative of having 6 months additional sick pay at the full whack due to having an industrial injury.....
