    Oh look, MKDP have been bought.

    It says that Compello (MKDP etc) had a portfolio of more than one million consumer agreements at the time of the acquisition. I wonder how many of them are unenforceable. Hoist will find out soon enough no doubt.

    I do hope they haven't overpaid for their new business venture

          On a serious note, I wonder if this will mean a change in MKDP's current mode of operation - that is scattergun court claims?

          I'm wondering now if the proliferation of court claims we've seen in the last 12 months was an effort to bolster those 'estimated remaining collections' figures and to boost the purchase price of the group.........

            wouldn't be surprised S&V, bit of a miss though

            think it may well have been a bit of of "make work" as well to justify all the poor sods shuffling paper in their offices
