    I have not long posted about this in the "Reclaiming" section, I think the FOS can still fast track things if your are in financial difficulty though, they are dealing with a lot of work and if the banks had been fair about repaying these claims it would not have come to this, the FOS ought to be able to impose a big payout at their discretion where the financial institution was clearly in the wrong to start with.

      Still dealing with mine, been over a year and a half now, about 8 months with the escalated ombudsman as well. Its so frustrating.
