    I first heard of this story on the BBC Home Service.

    As applications tend to be made on-line, one might wonder how the legal loan sharks might exclude applications from drunkards or people with mental health challenges.

    If loans are made to people under 18, such loans would surely be incapable of being enforced as the loan contract would be voidable.
