    This really is good news.

    Its about time some of these guys were outed. And this will have a much better result than some paltry fine in court as the fossils dont get it.

    And better still and in our sphere of interest the letter about phone harassment although not the same thing will start to get the DCA's wondering if they could end up being named and shamed.

    Then their industry body can no longer be all smug about it and admit that phone harasment is just that harassment of an individual.

    ICO seems to have grown a second set.
