    Re: mehim's UE Diary

    Hi Niddy,

to be honest I have lost track of who really has it now.

I have SAR ed Citi in august last year just prior to them passing it on to ccam or Opus, but they never got back to me after their first reply regarding the SAR.

I have since requested the CCA from both CITI and OPus. I emailed the Opus reply to you for your input on it.

Cabot have been very quite for a while now.

    TY

Well the Citi letter doesn't mean much - they disagree with us and think it is enforceable because they have sent a recon but the fact you never received an original means they would need to provide it if they wanted to enforce and their signed confirmation that they cannot locate the original leaves them in a very awkward position.

      This is currently

      Well done

        Hi Niddy,

many thanks for all the help. As flower says, barely a month here and what a difference. I would still be pissing into the wind across the road.

Many thanks to the one who sent me the pm to come here as well, you know who you are, I will be forever in your debt as opposed to credit card debt

                Re: mehim's UE Diary

                Hi Niddy,

I was going to ask what I should do if CITI or Opus contacted me again.

As it happens, Cabot sent me an email, lucky me.

"The Cabot Financial Group recently bought the account you held with Opus Credit Card and we`ve tried contact previously. It`s now vital that you contact us urgently to discuss your account.

If you don`t contact us to agree a suitable repayment plan we`ll have to move your account to the next stage of our collections process.
                "

What do I send them back? I`m sure there will be a good template to send them to read.

                Many thanks.

                    Afternoon I2D,

The email I got today is from Cabot, the blue text was the gist of the email.

Cabot have been in touch with me for a while regarding this, both they and Opus have, CITI has blanked me since August last year.

                    TY

                      Hi Mehim,

I've had similar from Cabot ref a Citi account. I've sent the following message via e-mail to Cabot: "This email address is no longer active - please resort to an alternative method of contact". And I will wait and see what they do next and if they contact me in writing.

                        Afternoon A;;.

I missed post 45 from Evenless, apologies.

I will look out the account in dispute and send it and a copy of the letter from OPUS to Cabot and make their day for them.

                        Many thanks

Found the sold whilst in dispute template needed, just included the required details, dates etc and will get it off to Cabot.

                        TY

                            Afternoon All,

well couple of days to go till the time is up for all the CCA requests.

Just got a reply from Barclaycard regarding one of them today.

Copy of the "original application" included except,

Wrong name, wrong address, wrong date of birth, wrong signature.

I have a feeling it is the wrong application form lol
