The thing is during the "time", I have collected depression and anxiety attacks (its all my own doing, not blaming anyone), I have good days and bad days.
When I am in my bad days, I stop opening the letters
I know it doesn't help and it gets me into deep poo.
And the more I think about the letters, the more I panick
It goes round in circles.......!!

Anyway, I need to stay focus as I do want to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Really grateful for this super forum, Niddy and all you mods.
No words can describe how grateful I am for you all being here and all your help.
