There is a choice here with Wescots because they will send a couple of letters and follow up with Nelson Guest (their letterheads for rent solicitors). Looking at the history on the thread i.e. UE I would consider sending a suitably modified version of this:

From following outside cases and listening to arguments both here and with our sols, a response to any new DCA on the scene is useful history if they ever try to go to court. The later stuff may be ignored and of course you would respond appropriately to Nelson Guest.

Received two letters from wet cloth.
The letter dated 15/11, I will ignore.

Received 2 letters from ruthbridge. 1st letter dated 8/11/11 and the 2nd dated 21/11/11.
Both letters have the same reference no. but I don't recongnise it.
I don't want to open a can of worms by responding to the letters.
Think I will wait for future letters and see what it brings.

Ruthbridge have been on a man mission to send 100's of those out - they must have bought a new portfolio of debts as we've seen 3 lots of these in as many days

Niddy and everyone!!

OMG! How much the forum have changed since I last been on here.

Have not been on because my father have passed away just before Christmas. Been feeling like I was back in the black hole but now have the strength to push myself to get on with life and stop being selfish and feeling sorry for myself.

Was panicking, thought my diary got thrown out when I was searching the pages for it

Anyway, I have not heard anything major from the creditors, just the same old letters offering us the chance to pay instalments. I have filed them away and will update my diary soon.

Received a hand posted post card in a brown envelope addressed to myself from robins way, good job the shop was closed at time.

One might be tempted to use the name and 'phone number written on that card, together with some suitable graphic content, to make up a male version of a "tart card" (link) which one might then strew liberally around the bars and pubs known to cater for homosexualists.
