  Can you clarify, did you not originally respond to RBS with terms & conditions template? 
If RBS have sent a cca (or what they confirm they think is one) then you classify that as served. If however they ignore you then sell the account, you'd send the account sold in dispute letter. It depends what they have sent you, now from memory (sorry if i'm wrong) I was sure you had previously received a reply from RBS with terms and no agreement - if so then my template suggestion above is spot on (to send tryiton)
