I have three NW accounts; one has been deemed , one has been returned 'sig required' and the other has been confirmed no CCA exists I have now received a letter from Power2Contact saying that they are acting on behalf of NW to try and rebuild my relationship with them. They have again changed the reference number so I have no idea which account it is. I suspect I just wait as they are clowns anyway?

It's not for us to decide I'm afraid, we can only give you the choices

It's ue right now but easy to fix if you see my point.
I have had a couple of chaser letters from RMA who are 'looking after' the account. Latest is a NOTICE OF POTENTIAL DOORSTEP RECOVERY one. Tempted to ignore but welcome any input

          Cheers

The NW account that was returned stating 'sig required' and was returned with the 'sig not required' letter. They have returned it again so I am going to respond with http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/temp...lity/s3-t3.php and then just leave them be 'cos they are in the wrong and the account is unenforceable until they provide the info. I really can't understand why they are being like this though. I took out two cards at the same time and they have admitted to not being able to find the first agreement. Why not just hold their hands up? Ah, well, not to worry. I'll get the reply off tomorrow and then see what happens One question though, what do I do with what they returned? They have returned my last letter along with the PO (again!)

                    Hi Billy
We have had the same problem with Sygma /Creation they kept on sending letters wanting signature we responded with template letters and then ended up sending a Niddy special http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...&postcount=300 which has done the trick as someone from their Data protection wrote to us saying he had decided after all this time (6 months) they had wasted enough time and enclosed CCA so it just shows Niddys letters do the trick and that they are talking out of their arse saying a signature is required
                    Cheers

Oh, I know (and they do) that they do not require my signature to comply with my request. What really gets me, though, is the fact that I sent requests for two accounts taken out at exactly the same time and they have replied to one saying that they can't locate the agreement. Then they play silly-buggers with this one! Doesn't bother me though as they can take all the time in the world.....

Hey, don't be daft. I'm usually one who gets things wrong and I'll never assume I'm never wrong. This place has made me consider what to send myself. You always have options about which way to go and I think that this is the best at the moment. Stand to be corrected though

I'd read the summary of that one before the actual letter Anyway, the one you suggest sounds spot on. That one will be winging it's way tomorrow
