this is kinda unenforceable only in so much that they've sent 4 sets of terms and none are actually those that are relevant to the inception of the account thus it is temporarily

My newest NW visa account. They have now responded with a letter saying basically "we have complied..." and waffles on about it for about a page. I'm sure it's standard stuff that Niddy has seen before.

18/01/2012: Received Default Notice - it looks like it served correctly, i.e. under section 87(1).... The only thing I have noticed is that it doesn't give a specific date to be remedied by - just "....fourteen calendar days from the date of service of this Notice of Default."

I bet it says towards the end something like "...feel free to take what ever legal recourse you consider is open to you...."

I was being sarcy with the fun bit At least I can't do anything about the post for a couple of weeks. I've left 'er indoors strict instructions to date all post that arrives for me!!

Sent the account in dispute letter. MKDP have responded saying my query requires further investigation. They will contact me by the end of March, 2012. I'll just wait, then

Sent the Account Sold Whilst in Dispute letter. Now received a letter from AIC stating that I need to speak to the OC. Well, I already have and they sent me an "agreement" that is absolutely pathetic. I will just file and ignore

I have received two lettters with regards to this account: one S78 request response which I don't remember sending as I had already done so (the latest one does not have a signature on it at all), and the second one being a THIRTY DAY NOTICE from RMA, please contact us

One of my three NW accounts, the one that they have admitted not being able to locate any agreement. They have now issued me with a DN which does not have a remedy date, merely "17 days after the date of this notice". Anything?

Yes I have. Well, always do, now. My updates are going to be in bursts every two or three weeks as I have a contract to work away for the next few months. Going to make weekends a bit of a rush!!!

My BC account deemed by Niddy, I have received comms off MKRR informing me that I haven't contacted them yet! I don't think I will be, either!!

Received 2 letters from P2C (I know, I know) regarding two of my NW accounts. Seeing as I have three of them and there is no reference to any amounts and they have used their own refence numbers I have no idea which accounts that they are on about. I'll just file in general NW.....

The NW account that was returned stating 'sig required' and was returned with the 'sig not required' letter. They have returned it again so I am going to respond with http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/temp...lity/s3-t3.php and then just leave them be 'cos they are in the wrong and the account is unenforceable until they provide the info. I really can't understand why they are being like this though. I took out two cards at the same time and they have admitted to not being able to find the first agreement. Why not just hold their hands up? Ah, well, not to worry. I'll get the reply off tomorrow and then see what happens One question though, what do I do with what they returned? They have returned my last letter along with the PO (again!)

They have returned my latest letter and PO! The sheet that comes with it which is supposed to have a reason for return ticked hasn't even got anything ticked This is the third time that I have written to them! Do I ignore or is it time for a Niddy Special?
