Just a quick update on my return from another two weeks away. Only a couple of standard letters and another card from RMA saying they would be visiting. It even had a time and date on it! Needless to say, they didn't turn up. They are all filed away anyway, dated envelope too.

Hi all, hope everyone is fine. On my now usual fortnightly return I have two letters to report:

1. concerning my Tesco account deem 100% by Niddy. AIC have sent me an "EARLY SETTLEMENT OFFER". Aren't I a lucky boy? I think I'll just file this.

2. My CAP1 account deemed - Capquest have sent me a letter informing me that they are about to start the legal process! Do I respond with anything?

Well first time for everything, this is enforceable - its a Morgan Stanley card - but the PT's are there with the signatory page.....



I would blag this for now, see what happens - keep us updated yea?

My Amex account deemed by Niddy has been "referred" to external collections agency, Newman Debt Collection Agency. Anything to send?

One of my three NW accounts, the one taken out at the same time as the one that they have admitted they cannot find the agreement for but are insisting on a signature to proceed, have now formally instructed Try-it-on, I think I'll just ignore as they are in default anyway

I sent the "Threat by creditor - to commence litigation" letter and received a reply. "Thanks we are unable to resolve your query, which requires further investigation.... We will contact you no later than July 2012..." Take your time

Half the time they don't know if it's enforceable or unenforceable...... let's see what they send next........

My NW account that they have repeatedly refused to reply to my CCA request stating "sig required" have now placed my account with Try-it-on who have sent me a PAYMENT DEMAND. I think I'll just ignore

yes, just ignore it. They can't enforce until they've complied with your cca request.

Upon sending this I received a CCA! Then I received a letter informing me that the account was being passed to Allied International Credit (UK) Ltd. They have now written to me offering a variety of repayment option, ie. deposit and reduced payment over 48 months or the outstanding balance over 36 months. Ignore?
