I thought not, but then I thought not about the other account you did me the bespoke letter for! It just shows we can pick things up along the way but still need to run everything by you guys

This has been deemed temporarily by Niddy due to the fact that they have sent 4 sets of terms. They have now sent me a NOTICE OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. I suspect that I need to respond to this one - with what though?

This is my NW account deemed due to the fact that they are demanding my signature before responding to my CCA request. They have now responded, or rather Green & Co have, informing me that the account was now being passed to Triton. That letter must have crossed in the post with my Threat by Creditor - To Commence Litigation letter because I quickly after received, from Triton, a "we are discussing it with Natwest" letter. I think I'll wait on that one

My Amex account that I was advised to keep blagging. I have received their findings of their investigation which basically says that the situation remains the same: pay up or else. Then a week later I received another letter from Amex informing me that they have referred the account to an external collections agency, Newmans. The same day I also received a letter off Newmans stating URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. In order to avoid action please contact . Anything?

Yes, I must admit they seem to be the most aggressive at the moment. My working away has finished for the time being so I'll have more time to sort stuff out and everything won't be so rushed. I'll get that sent off today - cheers

This is the latest in the game of letter ping pong that NW seem intent on playing. They are still insisting I supply my signature before they send me my CCA. Can this go on for another 5 years?

possibly, they are eejits, probably lost a lot more stuff in their recent "glitch", we can only live in hope.

personally I would do a one liner referring them to your recent letters, I did this to Moorcroft, referring them to 14 previous letters, they are probably still trying to work it out cos I haven't heard anything for about a year.................

I wonder if you'd get a straight answer from the OFT if you emailed them with a query re supply of signature? Make it a general query rather than pertaining to a particular case..you could then directly quote them to shut these eejits up.

Niddy Template mentions the fact that they are communicating with you without confirming you are you. Write them a letter making it a Formal Complaint that they are refusing to act without a Signature....I did, take a look at my recent posts

I have emailed the OFT so I will await their response, if any, before responding to NW
