due to the fact that they are demanding my signature before responding to my CCA request. They have now responded, or rather Green & Co have, informing me that the account was now being passed to Triton. That letter must have crossed in the post with my Threat by Creditor - To Commence Litigation letter because I quickly after received, from Triton, a "we are discussing it with Natwest" letter. I think I'll wait on that one

Amex account that I was advised to keep blagging. I have received their findings of their investigation which basically says that the situation remains the same: pay up or else. Then a week later I received another letter from Amex informing me that they have referred the account to an external collections agency, Newmans. The same day I also received a letter off Newmans stating URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. In order to avoid action please contact
