Hi Niddy, been very, very quiet Letter from Westcot about my Capital One account. Wescot have passed it back to Crappy One , hopefully it will go quiet on that one again.

Not sure about giving him a stella told me the other night he had cleaned up kitchen - his idea of clearing up was to turn out the light!!!! Told me he couldn't see it so it was tidy, could only be a man's logic me thinks

Anyway got response to this letter today, they have passed it back to Lloyds

Also got a letter from Rob Way about Lloyds CC Account No 4

Have not heard anything about this since September when Lloyds wrote to tell me it had been passed to Moorcroft. Never heard from Moorcroft at all.

Today letter from Rob Way, formal notice of intended court action, have 10 days to pay in full iggy dy :kermit


Send out Threat of Court Action letter? Do like the last para 'This debt will not go away - it makes sense to pay'

Hi, yep it it the RBS Mint card. Thought it was a bit of a weird letter asking for more information so they can investigate. Think I will ignore and see what comes next, they say in the letter the account is on hold for 28 days so I am sure they will be back in touch

As above, just ignore it really and see what they send out next!

Got response to Threat of Litigation letter I sent back in January. Moorcroft have contacted RBS and they say they have sent out copy of agreement and that they have also issued a final response.

'In order to assist you further we would ask that you confirm recipt of our client's correspondence and should you have any unresolved concerns regarding your liability for this account please provide further details and we will ensure that this matter is investigated further with our client'

Any ideas what I should send out to this one or ignore as well?!?!

Sent out threat-o-gram and harrassment letter to Wescot, got letter in from them enclosing a copy of letter BOS where BOS claimed they had complied qwith CCA. Wescot now want full payment, think I might ignore and see what they send out next?

Moorcroft are back onto this CC, said on 6 Jan the account was on hold and today letter in IMPORTANT INFORMATION - POSSIBLE LITIGATION, basically same letter we got on 18 December from them. Normal threats about 'may' have no alternative etc

Hi Niddy, you said we would be coming back to this one and yep its back

Got 2 letters from Westcot today, one is a Final Notice in nice big red letters, have to take immeidate action to resolve this issue and have 10 days to pay up or legal action etc etc. Also threatening doorstep visit.

The other letter is also from Westcot it is headed Important Notice of Debt Collection and is just the usual letter telling us to pay.

Both letters were sent out on the same day muppets

Will I send out threat of legal action and add on the doorstep letter?

You simply respond quoting the law at them, as per this quick example (elaborate or send it as-is);

Well thought I better do a bit of an update, quite quiet but a couple in today.

Firstly Iqor, looks like they have passed this back to BOS as I got a credit card statement from them so Iqor finally got the message
