Had a reply from Lloyds to our letter saying they sent an application form, usual stuff how they will huff and puff and blow the house down, interestingly they haven't mentioned court just defaults and harassment. Do I send a final response now?

Hi Niddy

Got a letter to-day from BoS(Sainsbury's which is very similar to others, bacically saying "at the moment we are not able to provide a copy of the original signed agreement" but of course they would never not get a signed agreement so as far as they are concerned, it enforceable.

Bit at the end say " even if unenforceable, the contract still has legal effect blah blah blah." then right at the end
"should this matter proceed to court we will adduce evidence to confirm this"

Do you want to see the whole thing. I have an English degree and I had to look up "adduce"!!!

guys guys, it wasnae me!!!

this is the second time this year my email has been hacked for viagra sales, they sent the bloody email to my whole contacts box, people I worked with years ago, people I just emailed once about 4 years ago!

its extremely embarrassing, and yahoo have changed all me dtails again, so hoepfully no more viagra!!!
