      I did a ue diary blast at like 3am again
      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

      If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

        Lowell portfolio I letter received - Still had no communication from me - May send one of there Agents to arrange a time to visit......Will 'Will Wing a Letter - Account sold Whilst in Dispute letter template' + 'Threat O-Gram letter' keep them happy

          MBNA - Bought by Arrow Global Guernsey Ltd

          Rosendale letter (acting on behalf of Arrow Global) - Account on Hold, whilst they in process of contacting there client in regards to recent enquiry

          Ie: Account Sold whilst in Dispute letter template was sent to Rosendale

            Just an update with regards to Lowell Portfolio I - who bought Barclay Account #3:

            2 Letters received this week to say that they will be contacting the OC with reference to my CCA and other letter saying that they have requested my CCA from Barclay card. And will write back to me within 12 days, If it'll take longer they'll let me know........

            Uh Ha - Account is in Default with Barclaycard by me, as they've failed to submit/send me my CCA request, as well as they didn't return my cheque payment either as well as Mercers didn't)

              MBNA - Now Arrow Global. - UPDATE

              Letter from Rosendale with reference to my letter 'Sold whilst in Dispute template letter'

              They have come back with a copy of cut out CCA, small print T&C and Virgin Silk (whatever that is) screen shot of my personal details.

              says on the CCA £6500, But on the Virgin Silk screen shot says limit was £3800.

              I've Email 'Niddy' copies to check over.........unsure if IT WAS UE

                  Letter (whilst on holiday), from Rossendale ref: MBNA Sold account to Arrow Global........enclosed 2 Virgin MBNA Money (both the same) statements with old address.......dated 2008.... saying Documents enclosed for support for recovery

                  Don't know why they sending them! lol - suppose i'll send off PT letter to them......

                    Update: Barclaycard #3

                    Letter from Lowell Portfolio I today:

                    'After liasing withwith Barclaycard, they have advised Lowell that its no longer available due to length of account opened. Lowell Portfolio has closed account and will not be making further attempt to contact me, or till they do get a copy of the CCA'

                              Letter from Bank of Scotland - Notice of Assigment (that all account, data details been sold to 1st Credit Ltd 5 on the 31st July 2012)

                              Notice of Assignment Letter, accompanied with letter from 1st Credit, saying that they NOW OWN the Account. Outstanding balance

                              Latest from Bank of Scotland - Can't enforce due to that they cannot FIND the orignal CCA aggreement (only an application form they've sent). Last communication from them 24th Aug 2010

                              Will endeavour to wait for letter demand from 1st Credit Ltd 5

                                update MBNA:

                                Lette from ARC Europe Ltd ref: MBNA/Virgin cc, sold to arrow global
                                remains unpaid, that they 'wish to make it clear that unless a substantial amount is paid within 10 days (Of what date from?' and 'wtih a firm offer to pay oustanding, we will have to notify their client if no payment arragement is set up and what circumstances they will obtain from their clients instructions for further action'

                                latest letter sent to Arrow Global, was 'missing PT letter'

                                Will sit and wait for 10 days from date? As Arrow Global / Rossendale can't respond to the missing PT letter that was sent to them 22nd July 2012
