      Re: Patch's Diary

PS: Do I do a goofy signature on my anti tamper strip or use a swirly font on it?

Are Barclays likely to say sorry we cant give you that info as it's not your signature if it's a font one?

        Re: Patch's Diary

Just sign with a handwriting font for now.

Does your overdraft have an arranged limit and are you at that limit.

Pretty please... anyone know where I send this CCA to tomorrow... They only give a PO Box address on the letter.

Yep - agreed. It won't matter as the PO Box will accept such letters. The main address would be:

                  Customer Relations

                  Barclays Bank Plc
                  Leicester

Yes they do, but it often takes a couple of weeks to show up on the Royal Mail Track & Trace system because they have a special department somewhere in the Midlands (I've forgotten where) which manually inputs the information. Basically the postie gets one signature for a whole sack full of letters. Since debt purchasers such as Lowell admit to sending 3 million letters a month you can see why this process may take a while

So they can jolly well manage without a contribution from me then

CCA request sent to Hubbys Barclay CC... the post office cashier was most put out that I wouldn't write any name on the postal order and that I didn't want it crossed.
I said I had been advised not to and she said "Well you've been advised wrong!"
