      Which debt is this for? Is it the one in your post # 10 (just guessing because I saw the word 'Link').

      When you get letters it's best to re-quote your original post then add the update so that anyone helping can see the full history of what has happened so far.

      • Link send us one every 6/12 months, as they are supposed to do so. every now and then we get a letter asking us to contact them re paying it back( they have a couple of our alledged accounts)

        I am expecting more of a flurry as they are closer to SB

          If you set up a plan to pay £50 a month you will be free of this debt in a few months however we are flexible you can pay more or less according to your circumstances CONTACT US TO AVOID FURTHER DEBT COLLECTION ACTIVITY. by receiving further letters and phone calls.

                Hi Tech clerk. thanks for taking a look see. well no i have never given my e-mail address to anyone. (not even my so called account} however they have already confessed to not having the agreement although they did say they could rightfully pursue. well they will need to come up with something better than an e mail. the thinking behind this will be to induce a phone call etc to start an argument with them about ownership etc ha ha fools have no chance

                          I can't see the background in your post (what type of account, date opened, how much, who was the OC etc) only the history of correspondence since 24th April 2017.
