      well its only taken them 19months 2 weeks approx. to come up with this they also enclosed a statement of account of the payments they received from the now defunk Debt management company (settle my debt) what they sent was 7 double sided pages of what can only be described as generic terms and conditions etc. had the wifes name and address alongside Halifax. However no signature of any kind I think they are just taking a punt here?

          That makes sense (biding time)

          I also note that the current debt owner is Cabot Financial (UK) Ltd who don't have FCA authorisation so that may give them another headache to deal with.
