    well its only taken them 19months 2 weeks approx. to come up with this they also enclosed a statement of account of the payments they received from the now defunk Debt management company (settle my debt) what they sent was 7 double sided pages of what can only be described as generic terms and conditions etc. had the wifes name and address alongside Halifax. However no signature of any kind I think they are just taking a punt here?

            Evening guys hope all is well. getting letters from cabot regarding the above account. now a cca request was sent to NCO Europe as they passed it onto them for so called collection. Total silence from NCO regarding this. Also no response from cabot at any stage. Am I right in thinking they are in Default of the cca request. is it best to remind them or just let them keep sending letters in the meantime?             • The CCA should have been sent to CABOT not NCO (who were the Agents).
              However why rock the boat.
              As long as the letters are non threatening, just pestering I should file them away. Silence is golden here!!! Just let them keep sending letters!

                Hi Roger cheers for taking a look. wasn't going to rush in with another cca to cabot just now as you say non threatening so save it for later.They waited quite a while before taking it back from NCO tho before they started the letters. so that's handy time wise. just when fredrickson was agent for cap one they returned the £1 fee saying there client didn't need a fee for paperwork and they would revert to cap one. then revert back to me. then it went back to cap one still silence from cap one and no cca. ha ha long may that be the case

                              well its only taken them 19months 2 weeks approx. to come up with this they also enclosed a statement of account of the payments they received from the now defunk Debt management company (settle my debt) what they sent was 7 double sided pages of what can only be described as generic terms and conditions etc. had the wifes name and address alongside Halifax. However no signature of any kind I think they are just taking a punt here?
