Blah you have repaid blah to date. knowing where to start when dealing with debt can be off putting. but once you are back in control it can feel like a huge weight off your shoulders.yep i have that feeling.
you were making payments, but have stopped no shit sherlock.

Letter dated 17/10/2019. Received 23/10/2019. Headed Cabot Financial.
Dear Mr Blah. we need your urgent attention. you have chosen not to respond to any of our recent communication about your account even though we have given you ample opportunities.
This is a defaulted account and the full balance of £ blah is still due.
We take this matter seriously, you have 9 days to respond to this letter,
if we do not hear from you we may look at other ways to resolve the debt.
this could include an agent visiting your property to discuss your situation.

Just been reading back- you really do have to give Cabot 10/10 for effort - a gift card (would have reset the SB clock). Refusal of your doorstep letter - that reply has done the rounds and while it is true they do not have to get permission first to visit but you have told them not to- very different things
I do note however they are playing by the rules because these letters do not try to mislead you into thinking they could take you to court. By the looks of it you are well over half way to SB , it should settle down soon. I got my annual statement from Santander yesterday for a debt that is long since SB
