Hello, I've trawled through the site and read some good stuff re Westcott and Nelson Guest (one and the same I believe).

Just to clarify, the latest letter comes from NG asking me to pay Westcot or else.

I want to reply with either the Final CCA response Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Final Response - CCA Request or the Threat before action Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Threat by Creditor - Threat-o-Gram Letter Before Action.

which would you suggest, and to whom to send Wetclothes or NelsonGits?

Anyone have any info on the relationship (if any, and apart from being scumbags) between Westcott and Credit Security Limited? I heard they also trade as Power2contact?
