I’ve just had a Notice of Discontinuance dated 16^th December from MKDP for a claim they issued in May 2012!

Brief history, reduced income in 2009 Barclaycard wouldn’t assist my OH so I didn’t bother approaching...

I'm starting this new thread with a very brief history and will add to it after I have spent the next few days going through it.

CCA request sent in April 09, received just a generic paper of current T & C's

Account put into dispute and payments stopped in June 09.

Just been thru O.Hs PPI payments from old Capitol One SAR request, should I be using actual % rate (overall of say 26.80%) if so the outcome would be around £17,000+ minus one claim of say about£1.200?????? know rates would vary but of course no idea of monthly rates during period!

I have and old egg card which is now with barclays and they have defaulted me in january (according to the letter).
