what would peoples ideal bank have??

I've been thinking about what the ideal bank would do for us. What would people want out of it.

My first thing would be proper bank managers than know you and have the authority to sort problems out.

Any ideas to add????

Integrity!

I remember a lovely lady bank manager who interviewed us personally about a loan, so nice and sympathetic. We got the loan.
She was later sacked for syphoning money out of customer accounts...

Ah so!! I remember that one

Had a nice adviser looking after us, a very dishy young man, you could pop in anytime for tea and a chat, even if you didnt want anything, had to wait sometimes, unfortunately he moved on when the scammers took over, the customer assistants did their best but you could tell they were disheartened and most of them moved eventually. But I was a loyal customer and stayed with them, to my regret. And as for their overseas call centres, sucks.

Well thats my rant about the scammers over, I'm now with a different bank and wish I had changed years ago.

A few people are in the process of starting up a "lawful bank", they just need a few peeps to sign up to it, no money needed as yet.

But it will be based on, fair loans, and mortgages, at a fair interest repayment.

No APR! a contractual amount to repay for the term of the agreement.
