I know the regulations on default notices are pretty strict and that a notice must be absolutely fool proof and clear.
I have an egg notice which tells you to please turn over at the bottom but there is nothing on the reverse and what should be on the reverse is on a seperate page.
My theory is surely if I had page 1 of the default and said I had only ever received that, then the default would be defective as a lot of the required info would be on the missing reverse, there own page 1 even says there should be a reverse.
Does my logic make any sense?
