  • Credit file after Sequestration

My husband was made bankrupt on 2nd October 2009. We have free access to our credit report with Equifax through our bank account and the sequestration has now gone from his file. Do we need to do anything with regards to the other credit reference agencies or will it also have dropped off them automatically aswell?

    Many thanks

It's automatic so should be off them all. It's worth waiting till November 3rd (ie a month to update) then apply for all 3. It's £2 each.
