    Company details for 0121 339 0024

    Hi All

    Despite being on TPS, despite asking them to stop calling me, I am still getting phone calls from the following number:

    0121 339 0024

    All I know is that whenever I have called through to them to complain is that they answer the phone under a different guise (the survey team, the debt group, the money group etc).

    They have refused to provide and details of where I can send a written complaint, and they keep stating I have authorized them to call (when I have spoken to them several times to state they should not do so).

    I cannot find anything online through google search on who this company is.

    Can anyone know where I can find out who this company is and their written address.

    I intend on writing a formal letter of complaint and will be stating that each time they call me will be subject to a charge of £12 for the substantial inconvenience and interruption to my work.

    I will then take them to small claims court when they inevitably call me.

    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.
