I have an unenforceable agreement with B.O.S, for which they had said they couldn't find an agreement.

An HSBC loan I had was with marlin and I requested the agreement from them in 2013 and all wen very quiet...........they acknowledged my request.....then updated me that they didn't have it yet.........then cabot bought them and confirmed they were re requesting the agreement......

Still receiving monthly statements on a UE and SB credit card.....
Dear All,
A family member had a credit card declared UE but the lender in 2009 (letter kept in hard and soft copy since). Its now long passed being SB, but monthly credit card statements (min payment is the statement balance) are sent by the lender on a monthly basis.
Any advice?... -
Who is the Creditor?
When a trader offers credit , e.g. one year interest free credit, the loan is not normally advanced by the trader but by a finance house, and goods are not ordered or delivered until the loan is approved, which may take weeks.
Under CCA regs, who is the Creditor for cancellation rights?... -

i had an egg credit card with a balance of about £10.5k I defaulted on it back in 2010 and had a few letters from egg then, all went quiet, at that time I had debts with other company's, I have now settles all those.

Lloyds Credit card account sold to Marlin Europe 11 Ltd
Letter dated 3rd December 2013.
This letter is notification that Marlin Europe 11 Limited has had assigned to it all right, title and interest in the debt due in relation to the above account, previously owed to Lloyds TSB on 28th November 2013.

Lowells plus Next = Cheeky beggars

my wifes Next account has been silent for a couple of years but lowells have now bought this puppy. When told it was in dispute due to no agreement forthcoming they replied, after investigation that next couldnt find it. Move forward a month or so and now they 'can'. Sadly...
