3 weeks to deliver to an addresse a 1st Class Recorded Delivery Card (C5 size), after complaints to them via their site & E-Mail, receiving fill in our form (Which I responded that I will not waste my time as in the past no response from them regarding lost letter form) on more than one occassion....

I've found my default notice from RBS and having researched the excellent information on this forum I reckon it's defecient. If that can be confirmed I'd be quite pleased. I understand that a remedy for an arrears default must allow 14 days plus postage time.

This sounds like nonsense given the massive increase after 30 April -- 50p for 2nd class, 60p for 1st class and 95p fee for recorded.

However! I've had my calculator out and if you stock up as many stamps as you can afford now (and plenty of 2nd class in particular), it'll be 5p cheaper...

Sent a letter Recorded delivery and through the Post office track and trace it says if was received. How do I get A photocopy/scan of the Post Office proof of sending like a signature of who signed for it??
